I just spent the weekend with her and we had some great workouts. We did a ride and transition run. Then we had a long lunch break and did some open water swim drills. On Sunday we did a track workout.

Oh, OK, The truth must me told. My new friend is 8 time world champion, the "Queen of Kona", Paula Newby-Fraser. Oh yeah, she is happily married but a guy has to dream a little.
